Mr. M.S.Murthy is the founder of the firm and has over 25 years of experience. He is a Consultant for number of Companies who benefit from his immense experience acquired by him over the years in the profession. He has expertise in Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Bank Audit, Tax Audit, VAT Audit and Company Law Matters. He also provides consultancy in the area of Income Tax and has represented clients at Income Tax & Sales Tax Appellate Tribunals.

Mr. V. Srinivasan joined the firm in 1988 and currently heads our Hyderabad Branch. He looks after the operations in South India and provides management consultancy services to our clients.

Debashish Neogi is the regional head of Marico’s Middle East and North Africa operations. He joined the firm in 1999 to offer his services in advisory capacity.

Mr. Niraj Agarwal did his articleship with the firm and joined as a partner in 2011. Before joining the firm, he was associated with Price Waterhouse in their assurance division and with Crisil in its Equity Research division. Mr. Niraj had exposure to best auditing practice in the Industry during his stint at Price Waterhouse. During this time he conducted audit of Multinational Companies which gave him adequate exposure to the accounting practices adopted by these companies and gained rich experience which shall be very useful to the firm. During the course of his association with Crisil he was conducting research in Indian Equity Market mainly focusing on Cement and FMCG Sector. He has acquired an in depth experience in financial modeling and business valuation.
